Accordingly, the said Virginia Faust hereby pays <br /> and delivers to the law firm of COLEMAN, BERNHOLZ, DICKERSON, <br /> BERNHOLZ, GLEDHILL AND HARGRAVE as escrow agents and County <br /> attorney for Orange County the sum of $600.00, same to be held <br /> by said escrow agent pending a decision by Orange County whether <br /> to accept the offer of $600.00. <br /> 4.
