On the basis of the COG's review of this report <br /> funds will be sent to the Contractor in an amount sufficient for the <br /> Contractor to have on hand one-twelfth (1/12th) of the budgeted fede <br /> and state funds. <br /> It is the responsibility of the Contractor to make arrangements for <br /> and to secure in a timely manner the local matching cash and in-kind <br /> support from its local contributing sources. <br />
