~ a 4 b <br /> IMPLEMENTATION PLAN <br /> SPECIAL STATE IN HOME (CHORE-HANDIHELPER) SERVICE <br /> Contractor: Orange County Dept. of Aging Area Covered: Orange County <br /> 200 West Tryon Street <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> 919/732-9361 <br /> Period: 10/1/80 - 9/30/81 <br /> Method of Delivery: <br /> Orange County Department of Aging will use Title III funding to support <br /> a part-time coordinator to supervise chore providers under the Title V <br /> Senior Worker Program and/or CETA workers. This program will complement <br /> and existing Department of Social Services chore program for Title XX <br /> clients and coordinate with the JOCCA Weatherization/Home Repair Program. <br /> A brochure on the Chore-Handihelper service will be revised and distribut <br /> throughout the County. <br /> Project Income: <br /> Service participants will be allowed to contribute to the program in a <br /> way that will ensure the confidentiality of the contributor. Two people <br /> will be involved in the counting and receipting of the contributions. <br /> All contributions will be presented to the central agency office to be <br /> recorded accurately when received, and accounted for and reported on a <br /> regular basis. Contributions will be deposited and used to offset the <br /> costs of the program on a current basis. <br />
