Any modifications thereto are included in each Bid <br /> Proposal. The cost of these Guides of specifications is $1 per copy. <br /> Notice of Letting <br /> After the date is fixed for the receipt of bids, the Community Development/ <br /> Housing Rehabilitation Office may, in addition to the notice required by law, <br /> give notice of such date by mail to those contractors having on file with the <br /> Community"Development/Housing Rehabilitation Office a valid Contractor clues-7 <br /> tionnaire. The Notice of Letting contains a description of the proposed work, <br /> along with instructions and information to the potential bidder regarding <br /> proposal forms, plans, specifications, "combination bids, and the reservation <br /> of the right of the Community Development/Housing Rehabilitation Office to <br /> reject any and all bids. . . <br /> Plans and Specifications are on file and may be picked-up in the office of <br /> Community Development/Housing Rehabilitation Offick.
