The County Attorney reviewed this agreement and has suggested <br /> modification that he feels is of some value to the County. There is some feeling 1 <br /> Department of Transportation will not approve this modification. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> The Manager recommends the Board authorize its chairman to execute the agreeme <br /> prepared by the County Attorney. If the Department of Transportation declines to a <br /> this agreement the County can then address the issue of executing the original state <br /> proposed contract. <br />
