We have looked into the matter of the Social Services Chore <br /> Service funding problem and would recommend deferring any action <br /> on this matter until February 1981 . The corrective action that <br /> the Social Service Director will be considering include the following: <br /> 1. ) Reduce the expenditure level of the program for the <br /> remaining year. <br /> 2. ) Transfer $5,000 from unused Personnel funds. <br /> 3. ) Request a reallocation from the State for $15,00 to <br /> maintain effort. <br /> 4. ) Carryover expenditure request from May activity to <br /> the next State fiscal year which begins June 1 , 1981 . <br /> 5. ) Coordinate effort with the Department on Aging to utilize <br /> a matching grant, <br />
