ROAD <br /> The undersigned, ROBERT SCHOLAR and wife, RACHEL <br /> SCHOLAR, petition the Orange County Board of Commissioners as <br /> m follows: <br /> That there is shown on a certain plat entitled PROPERTY <br /> 3 OF ROBERT SCHOLAR AND RACHEL SCHOLAR as surveyed by ENT Land <br /> = <br /> = <br /> Surveys, dated November 5, 1984, a copy of which is attached <br /> ; hereto, a certain road which is now abandoned, and designated on <br /> said p at as "Old Cedar Grove Road"; and whereas said "Old Cedar <br /> Grove oad" as shown on said plat runs along the border of said <br /> 37: <br /> property of the undersigned; and whereas said abandoned road is <br /> 2 <br /> no longer used for vehicular traffic or for other purposes; that <br /> to permanently close that portion of "Old Cedar Grove Road" more <br /> g particJlarly described hereinafter would not be contrary to the <br /> public interest, and that no person, firm, corporation or <br /> individual owning property in the vicinity of said "Old Cedar <br /> Grove Road" would be deprived of a reasonable means of ingress <br /> and egress to his property by the closing of such portion of sad <br /> road; that it is to the best interest of the Petitioner and the <br /> general public that said abandoned road be closed and that the <br /> petitioner herein is the only owner of any property abutting sad <br /> road; <br /> 1 <br />
