Due to delays to correct a zoning change the lease/purchase <br /> agreement should commence October 30, 1985 rather than the <br /> July 16, 1985 starting date as originally set specified in <br /> the agreement. <br /> 2. The heating and cooling system should not be started until <br /> major construction has been completed as notified by the <br /> County. <br /> IMPACr: There is no financial impact in this change only spread out <br /> payments to the owner. <br /> The start up of the heating and cooling system would save a <br /> service call at a later date. <br /> The owner is agreeable to both changes. <br /> RECOLVENDATIONS): <br /> Approve addendum to lease/purchase agreement incorporating the <br /> two changes. <br />
