Willboit noted that the line separating the two planning jurisdictions generally followed the railroad track, Homestead Road, Rogers Road, Eubanks Road and the landfill boundaries. Morgan requested that Carrboro be directly involved in the process of developing subsequent meetings and expressed a desire to host every other meeting or every third meeting. With reference to the extraterritorial area, he feels that 1Carrboro, Chapel Hill and the County should meet and decide what is best for all communities. Commissioners Marshall and Carey both emphasized the importance of working together and including Carrboro in the joint planning area.
