34 <br />• OPC's after hours STR provider, ProtoCall, has electronic access to crisis <br />plans and alerts filed in their system. OPC's primary crisis provider, <br />Freedom House, does not, have access to electronic or written information, <br />crisis plans or alerts fora consumer. Providers submit information <br />voluntarily. These agencies have no knowledge other than by verbal report <br />of whether the consumer is already receiving services or has a clinical <br />home. <br />OPC is committed to supporting crisis providers' access to information necessary to <br />deliver the most appropriate crisis service to .consumers. During a crisis a consumer <br />already assigned to a clinical home provider should receive a response first from <br />that provider. Access to appropriate diagnostic and treatment information, as well as <br />crisis plans will support a more effective and"`efficient crisis .system. OPC has <br />identified a strategic objective to address this,issue.
