Letters written to pro~itlers in response to <br />endorsement applications or after monitoring or endorsement site visits'contain detailed <br />information regarding positive impressions, suggestions or recommendations for <br />improvement, and any deficiencies noted. Providers are encouraged to seek~technical <br />assistance from OPC, as we have the shared goal of promoting qualitji'services for <br />consumers. <br />~.. <br />• A comprehensive provider community comprised of over 240 agencies and <br />individual clinicians who provide: a~eP~--1 Q0 different services, including all <br />seven best practice models. <br />•3 OPC has a large percentage of professional and 'licensed LME staff available <br />to provide technical assistance and clinical consultation. <br />Six of the eight employees in the Quality Ma`nagement/Provider Relations Department <br />have Master's_.Degrees, and three hold current clinical licenses. The Provider Relations <br />Representative position that is currently vacant is expected to be filled by a licensed <br />individual:' Within the LME there are a total of 23 Masters bevel staff, with an additional <br />two stafflrnembers who.will receive their Masters Degrees by June of this year.
