Members of the Committee will provide a progress <br /> update for the Board and solicit feedback for the process. <br /> Members of the Committee will be available on the proposed site of the Memorial prior to the <br /> Board meeting to visit with members of the public and the Board. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None at this time. The Board may recall that final Board approval is <br /> contingent upon "ownership structure, the project budget, certification of adequate funds raised <br /> for the project, design approval, and operations and maintenance agreements acceptable to the <br /> Board". <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: The following Orange County Social Justice Goal is applicable to <br /> this item: <br /> • GOAL: FOSTER A COMMUNITY CULTURE THAT REJECTS OPPRESSION AND <br /> INEQUITY <br />
