8 <br /> WHEREAS, County taxpayers will have no responsibility for payment of the Bonds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the County Commissioners of the County of Orange, North Carolina, <br /> meeting in regular session at Orange,North Carolina, on ,resolves as follows: <br /> Section 1. The County Commissioners hereby approves the issuance of the Bonds in the <br /> principal amount of not to exceed$ , solely for the purposes of Section 147(f) of the Code. <br /> Section 2. THE COUNTY HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE <br /> PRINCIPAL OF OR INTEREST ON THE BONDS OR FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED BY THE <br /> BORROWER WITH RESPECT TO THE BONDS OR THE PROJECT.
