Based on your analysis, the County Planning and Inspections <br /> Department will approve issuance of the Carolina Friends School Land Disturbing <br /> Permit for the Performing Arts Center with conditions. The related plans are dated 2011 <br /> by engineer Civil Consultants and labeled Conditional Use Rezoning Master Plan <br /> Grading and Stormwater Management. <br /> The rationale for the decision is based in your adherence with applicable state law and <br /> associated regulations pertaining to stormwater, sedimentation, erosion control peak <br /> flow and impervious surface calculations. These factors are explicitly described in your <br /> appeal letter noted above and attached. <br /> The approval with conditions include compliance with our Unified Development <br /> Ordinance (UDO) as it existed prior to the 2012 amendments, In addition include <br /> conditions as noted on aforementioned plans, less pond 3. <br /> This concludes my findings regarding your appeal.
