It is <br /> located at the Orange/Chatham county Lines between US 15-501 <br /> and Old Lystra Road (SR 1915) . The property is known as Block <br /> B Lot 20 on Orange County Tax Map 128 for Chapel. Hill Township . • <br /> The rezoning request applies to approximately 80 acres. The <br /> total acreage of the property subject to the rezoning request <br /> is 142.623 acres. 88.283 acres is Located within Orange County <br /> and 54.34 acres is Located within Chatham County. <br /> Approximately 80 of the 88.283 acres is Located within Orange <br /> Countyls planning jurisdiction .
