The paragraph above will be substituted <br /> for the one in the Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 15 <br /> Section 151 Existing Uncovered Areas <br /> b . The Erosion Control Officer will serve upon the Landowner <br /> written I notice to comply by registered or certified mail., <br /> return receipt requested, or other means . <br /> NOTE: The requirement concerning registered or certified mail <br /> is being added to the first sentence in "b". <br /> d.
