Design and Performance of Control Measures — erosion and <br /> sedimentation control measures, structures, and devices <br /> shall be so planned, designed, and constructed as to <br /> provide !protection from accelerated erosion and sedimenta- <br /> tion from the calculated peak rate of runoff from a ten— <br /> year frequency storm . <br /> NOTE: The Words "protection from" will be substituted for <br /> floor:trot of" in the Ordinance. <br /> e.
