06r- <br /> ON-SITE VISITS <br /> CGA would administer the project from its Raleigh, North Carolina office. <br /> Due to this close geographic proximity, the Consultant is prepared to make <br /> as many trips as necessary to conduct the project. <br /> The Consultant anticipates that a minimum of ten days on-site will be re- <br /> quired to carry out the proposed, scope of planning activities. .Five days <br /> will be required for inventory and data collection activities, while an <br /> additional fivel trips will be required to meet with County officials and <br /> the Project Steering Committee, and to present the final report to the <br /> Board of Commissioners. <br /> PROJECT REPORTING <br /> • - <br /> During the course of the proposed project, CGA will be submitting interim <br /> reports, as outlined in the preceding scope of work. These reports are <br /> Report #1: Draft Report on Inventory, Assessment, and Analysis Findings <br /> • <br /> Report #2: Draft Report on Service Alternatives <br /> Report #3: draft Firial Report - Orange County TDP <br /> Report #11-: Final Report.- Orange County TDP <br /> In addition to the submittal of these interim technical reports, CGA would <br /> also submit_monthly progress reports (on the 10th day following the close <br /> of the reporting period), detailing: <br /> o Activities accomplished during the reporting period <br /> o Problems, if any, encountered during the month <br /> o Adherence to schedule and budget <br /> Anticipated accomplishments during the next reporting period <br /> o DBE/WBE expenditures during the period <br /> This monthly reporting format was developed by one of our team members for <br /> use in North Carolina and follows the requested format specified in the <br /> Request For Prioposals, except that CGA will also provide DBE/WBE expendi- <br /> ture reports four the Client's reporting purposes. <br /> 2-11 <br />
