00€ <br /> RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION <br /> FOR <br /> CHRIS HOGAN AND ROBERT HOGAN, JR. <br /> WHEREAS Chris Hogan and Robert, Jr. were on October 1, <br /> 1985 busy about their normal workaday business of farming, <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, their activities in the field were interrupted <br /> by the sound of an airplane in trouble and its subsequent <br /> crash, and <br /> SFAS, these two young men without hesitation raced to <br /> the crash scene to investigate and to give whatever aid was <br /> needed, and <br /> 1:ge , Chris Hogan and Robert Hogan, Jr. exhibited <br /> unusual courage and concern for the lives of others in <br /> pulling I from the burning plane the sole survivor while <br /> disregarding their own peril, and <br /> 1 <br /> WHEREAS, Chris Hogan and Robert Hogan, Jr. gave all <br /> NU <br /> possible help prior to the arrival of the rescue squad, <br /> , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orange County <br /> Board ofCommissioners that these two young men, Chris Hogan <br /> and Robert Hogan, Jr. (already recognized in their community <br /> for their fine character) be commended throughout Orange <br /> County for their extraordinary bravery, human compassion, and <br /> willingness to sacrifice their awn safety to help their <br /> fellow man. <br /> Chair <br /> Attest: <br /> Clerk <br /> SEAL <br />
