Housing and Community <br /> Development, the department administering the program, has <br /> received twelve complaints. The complaints are: <br /> Nature of Complaint Action Taken <br /> 1. Structural Defects-three units Tenant withdrew cam- <br /> , plaint. <br /> 2. Rodents, structural defects Complaint received <br /> through Health Depart- <br /> ment, however, tenant <br /> has not responded to <br /> staff inquiries. <br /> 3. Structural defects Complaint received <br /> through Sheriff Depart- <br /> nent. Tenant has <br /> relocated. <br /> 4. Plumbing Investigation determined <br /> complainant owns mobile <br /> unit and rents lot. <br /> Complaint was landlord/ <br /> • tenant dispute. <br /> 5. Landlord/tenant dispute over <br /> • occupancy agreement. Referred to Legal <br /> Services, <br /> • 6. Structural defects Complainant withdrew <br /> petition. <br /> 7. Contaminated water Referred to Health <br /> • Department. <br /> 8. Structural/electrical problems Landlord repaired unit. <br /> 9. Electrical problems Unit is located in <br /> Carrboro. Referred to <br />
