Modifications of the Impervious <br /> • Surface Ratios may be requested, however, as a Class A <br /> Special Use in accordance with the provisions of <br /> Section 8 of this Ordinance. In no case shall a <br /> modification be granted for property Located in a <br /> designated Water Quality Critical Area, and no <br /> modification granted under the provisions of Section 8 <br /> shall exceed the ratios established in Section 6.23.4 <br /> for the Protected Watershed (PW—II) District by more <br /> than five percent (5%) . <br /> Impervious surface calculations for en individual <br /> devet pment shall be cumulative for original <br /> construction and any subsequent additions, and <br /> calculations lati <br /> ans <br /> of impervious <br /> sur <br /> surface coverage for <br /> individual Lots shall include that portion of a <br /> rightiof—way between the centerline of the street and <br /> the abutting property line of the lot. <br />
