The problem may also exist for other <br /> residences, businesses or industries. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> Drart proposals of the Research Triangle Counci L of <br /> Govprnments included provisions for flexibility <br /> through special use permit procedures. The proposed <br /> ordinance amendment is based on the TJCO.G proposals. <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS <br /> There are no existing provisions for modification of <br /> the impervious surface ratios. <br /> PROPOSED ORDINANCE REVISIONS <br /> 8 .8.25 Modification of Impervious Surface Limitations <br /> I . <br /> 8.8.26 .1 Additional Information <br /> In addition to the information requested in Subsection <br /> 8.2 and 8.8, the following shall be supplied as part <br /> of Ihe application : <br /> A) 4 site plan which shall include the following: <br /> 1 ) The dimensions and acreage of the Lot to be <br /> built upon or otherwise used; <br /> 2) The site Layout of the entire project, <br /> including existing and proposed buildings and <br /> their uses, and its relationship to surrounding <br /> properties; <br /> • 3 The layout of all off—street parking and <br /> Loading areas, including the Location of entry <br /> • <br /> and exit points, the internal vehicular <br /> circulation pattern, the Location and dimension <br /> of required parking and Loading spaces, and the <br /> materials of which such facilities are <br /> constructed. <br /> 4 The location , dimension and method of <br /> construction of alt existing and proposed . <br /> streets and highways. <br /> 5) The location, size and name of all existing <br /> • <br />
