This amendment would address the needs <br /> of the Orange Grove Rural Fire Department for <br /> expansion of their facilities within the Cane Creek <br /> water supply watershed. . <br /> • <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT: <br /> ARTICLE 6 APPLICATION OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> ADD SECTIONS 6.23.9 AND 6.24.6 Satisfaction of <br /> Watershed Standards Off—Site <br /> Where property proposed for development cannot meet <br /> tie impervious surface and/or undisturbed area <br /> requirements prescribed in the Ordinance, an <br /> appLicant may satisfy these requirements off—site <br /> within the same water supply watershed as <br /> designated in the Orange County Land Use Plan . For <br /> the purpose of this subsection , "off—site" shall be <br /> defined as <br /> al Property in the same ownership as and either <br /> adjoining or separated from the tract being <br /> developed. <br /> b) Property owned by another individual either <br /> adjoining or separated from the tract being <br /> developed. <br /> Property used to satisfy undisturbed area <br /> requirements must adjoin the property under <br /> development . <br /> In the case of (b) , an easement must be provided <br /> which shalt <br /> I. run with the lend of the subject property <br /> (and) <br /> 2. be perpetual, in nature <br /> tend) <br /> 3. expressly prohibit any improvements or <br /> alteration of the use of the property in a <br /> • manner which has the effect of making the land <br />
