Smith informed <br /> the board that the applicant had not <br /> redesigned the subdivision to address the <br /> Board 's concerns . <br /> • • Kim Griffin , agent for the applicant , noted <br /> that the Sorrell property was not for sale . <br /> • <br /> Pearson commented that it was likely that <br /> in the future the adjacent property would <br /> • bo developed . He continued .that a <br /> relocated road would cost more now but the <br /> cost would decrease with later development <br /> of the property . <br /> PfLkey inquired how much Land remained. <br /> Smith responded that the applicant was <br /> developing 7 .'3 acres and the remainder of <br /> an approximately 20 acre tract would <br /> remain . <br /> / . . <br /> Yuhasz asked if there was any other good <br /> location for sight distance . Griffin <br /> responded no because of the h1L [ . <br /> NoLtora inquired how this was different <br /> than the Blue Jasper Lane situation . Smith <br /> responded that the road existed already in <br /> that case as part of a previous <br /> subdivision , but in this case the applicant <br /> had constructed a road at his own risk <br />
