To <br /> satisfy the 70 day review period requirement in the <br /> subdivision regulations , the Planning Board had to make a <br /> reoo mendation at their November 18, 1985 meeting . <br /> NEED: The property in question is located in Eno Township off <br /> SR1553 (Walker Road) . It is known as part of lot 19, Tax <br /> Map 0 . There are 6 lots proposed out of 7.3 acres . A <br /> privalIte road, has been constructed by the applicant acros <br /> the Mastern property Line of Lot #3 . The a pp licant <br /> proposed <br /> this road as a class B private road to serve Lots #1-7 . <br /> The property is zoned Agricultrual—Residential (A—R) and is <br /> desig ated Agricultural Residential in the Land Use Plan . <br /> It is Located in the Orange Rural Fire District. <br /> IMPACT: The aidditian of B lots could add approximately 40 trips per <br /> day to Walker Road. The sight distance looking west from <br /> the intersection of Canberra Drive and Walker Road is <br /> approximatly 600 ' . The sight distance looking east is <br /> approiximately 295' . The Department of Transportation has <br /> indiclated that this is inadequate sight distance and that <br /> the Iroad should be relocated where the existing drive <br /> exits; proposed Lot number 8. <br /> RECOMMENDATION : The Planning Board recommends denial . <br /> 1 <br />
