This traffic impact analysis has been prepared to support the zoning <br /> application.. <br /> Presented in this report are traffic generation, distribution, assignment, and <br /> resulting recommendations for transportation improvements to meet the <br /> anticipated traffic demands. <br /> This traffic impact analysis. is based upon a preliminary land use plan <br /> prepared or this development and presented in this report. The project is <br /> primarily residential in nature, with a small community shopping center also <br /> planned. <br /> IL LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES <br /> The propoSed development is boated just east of Hillsborough in central <br /> Orange County. Figure 1 depicts this location and major existing and <br /> proposed thoroughfares.. <br /> • A. Thoroughfares <br /> Scotswood would be served by both existing and planned thoroughfares <br /> as shown in Figure 1. Thoroughfares serving the development include: <br /> I.
