In Lieu <br /> of planted Landscaping, 'existing vegetation shall be <br /> maintained between units. <br /> I <br /> 32. That all signs be erected in compliance with Article 9 <br /> Signs following issuance of a building permit and prior <br /> to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for any <br /> unit . No sign may be erected within the sight triangles <br /> for the entranceways to the development . <br /> 33. Final landscaping plans shall be submitted and approved <br /> prior to the initation of construction activity. <br /> 34. That ILL structures be erected in compliance with <br /> applicable building codes following submittal for and <br /> issuance of building permits . <br /> 35. A final boundary survey of the Planned Development and <br /> improvements shall be recorded by the developer. <br /> 36.
