While the board recognizes that <br /> existing Wildwood Sections 1iZ1I- are zoned R-4 and R-5, the topography of <br /> the site and the impact of traffic on existing neighborhoods in Wildwood <br /> raises concerns as to the overall impact of the proposed development. <br /> The board is particularly concerned about road conditions (i.e. construction <br /> as well as capacity to handle more traffic), erosion control and increased <br /> traffic at the project site. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br /> • <br />
