Both persons have encountered difficulty in <br /> complying with the maximum floor area ratios contained in <br /> Article 5.1 .2, particularly those which apply in Existing <br /> industrial (El) and Light Industrial. (I-1) zoning <br /> distriets. <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS <br /> FLOOR AREA RATIOS (FAR] <br /> Maximum floor area ratios which apply in industrial <br /> zoningldistricts are listed below. By definition , open space <br /> includes all Land area not covered by buildings. It <br /> includes Landscaped and/or Lawn areas as well as parking <br /> and vehicular access areas. <br />
