The Sheriff's office indicated by letter <br /> written October 17, 1985 that this rezoning did not need Law <br /> law enforcement approval. <br /> O. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LAND USE PLAN AND ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> The property is located within the Eno-3 Commercial <br /> Transitionlactivity node. The Commercial Transition activity <br /> node designation corresponds with the full range of <br /> commercial zoning districts from Local Commercial—L (LC-1 ) <br /> through General Commercial—IV (GC4) . <br /> The Zoning Ordinance establishes the maximum amount of Land <br /> zoned Community Commercial—III (CC-3) at any activity node at <br /> twenty—nine (29) acres, except in rural, non—transition areas <br /> where the maximum is fifteen (15) acres. There is no acreage <br /> zoned CC-3 at this activity node. <br /> PERMITTED USES <br /> The purpose of the Community Commercial—III zoning district <br /> is to provide suitably Located and sized sites for <br /> commercial; office and service use s including l imi t ed <br /> automotive, convenience, durable goods, and other similar <br /> uses. <br /> Rezoning of the site would allow for development of the <br /> property flIor those uses permitted by right in the district. <br /> Development of the site must comply with applicable <br /> requiremments of the Land Use Intensity system (floor area, <br /> open space etc.) , landscaping and screening, parking and <br /> signege. <br />
