REZONING DEVELOPMENT <br /> IMPACTS <br /> WATER AND WASTEWATER SYSTEMS <br /> The property is served by on—site eater and sewage disposal <br /> systems. Expansion of existing systems requires approval of <br /> engineeredIpLans by both the Orange County Health Department <br /> and State Division of HeaLth Services. (See 10-30-85 Letter <br /> from Orange County Health Department) . <br /> ' I <br /> ROADS/TRAFFIC <br /> The property is served by NC 54, an arterial. A 1984 <br /> traffic count for NC 54 indicates 6000 trips per day at its <br /> intersection with Orange Grove Road (SR 1006) . Traffic <br /> generation estimates for permitted uses at this site (based <br /> on a maximum floor area of approximately 22,750 square feet) <br /> range from1235 trips per day for an office use to 815 trips <br /> per day for a freestanding retail use. <br /> The requested zoning district generally provides for uses <br /> considered Low traffic generators which generate less than <br /> 200 vehicle trips per day. <br /> POLICE, FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICES. <br /> Services to the site will be provided by the Orange County <br /> Sheriff's Department, Orange Rural Volunteer Fire Company and <br /> Orange Rescue Squad.
