D <br /> TO: Orange County Planning Dept. - <br /> FROM: Hillsborough Planning Board <br /> RE: Courtesy Review of Rezoning Request for Wildwood Section IV <br /> DATE: November 15, 1985 <br /> On Nofvember 14, 1985 the planning board conducted a courtesy review of <br /> the rezoning request for Wildwood Section IV and recommended that the 28.80 <br /> acres be rezoned to R-2, or at the most, R-3. While the board recognizes that <br /> existing Wlildwood Sections t .tI;I are zoned P-4 and R-5, the topography of <br /> the site and the impact of traffic on existing neighborhoods in Wildwood <br /> raises concerns as to the overall impact of the proposed development. <br /> The board is particularly concerned about road conditions (i.e. construction <br /> as well as capacity to handle more traffic), erosion control and increased <br /> traffic at the project site. - <br />
