Board. of County Commissioners <br /> on November ! T, - 1982, and with applicable portions of the <br /> ' Orange County Land Use Plan. My- findings are. summarized <br /> Ere taw-... <br /> A- paint of clarification needs to wade at the outset <br /> with, regard to this property. A mapping error in the <br /> "Centra.L Dr‘ga- Area Study* resulted in this property being <br /> ctaeai fi ed as Pub.lfc Interest District,. i .e., Duke Forest . <br /> The correc designation for the property should be Rural <br /> Residential based upon the Land Use Plan and the designation <br /> of adjacent private properties. Accordingly, I advised the <br /> applicant to specify this as the current plan designation in <br /> the- application . <br /> APPLICATION <br /> The apppcation is complete. One point of clarification <br /> needs to be made with regard to - a comment in the letter of <br /> request, how ev er. In paragraph three, the applicant cites <br /> that this is the Last parcel of land in the node. This is <br /> incorrect.
