The user is responsible for installing <br /> all plumbing and apparatus necessary to connect to the <br /> • <br /> - • <br /> County's service line and for connecting all plumbing and <br /> apparLus to the County's service line. <br /> B. All plumbing and apparatus installed by <br /> the user will be installed and maintained at the user ' s <br /> expenSe in accordance with the County's rules and regulations <br /> and any other State or local requirements. <br /> C. The user will exercise reasonable care <br /> and will be responsible for the exercise of reasonable care <br /> by anyone on the user's premises with the user's permission <br /> over Lly portion of the County system located on the user's <br /> premibes. Authorized County representatives will be <br /> permitted by the user to access the user's property in order <br /> to inspect as needed portions of the County's system located <br /> on the premises of the user. <br /> D.
