The recently approved Ordinance <br /> amendments for the watershed districts reference , <br /> eiinimum lot size requirements by acreage. Staff <br /> f',eels that the reference should be to square <br /> footage to facilitate lot size calculations and to <br /> provide consistency throughout the ordinance . <br /> Staff also wishes to correct the dimensional - <br /> rlequirements indicated in . the Schedules for <br /> Residential and Non—Residential Development . <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE: • <br /> SECTION 8 .23.5 • <br /> Minimum L. t Size Rectu fated • <br /> The minimum lot size for a commercial use in the <br /> : Protected Watershed District shall be two (2) <br /> acres . The minimum lot size for an industrial use <br /> shalt be five (5) acres .
