An issue statement precedes each <br /> proposed amendment and is an attachment to this abstract . <br /> IMPACT: The proposed text amendments, if approved, would improve the <br /> ordiriance and provide clearer direction in its <br /> administration and enforcement . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendments to Articles V and VI of the Zoning Ordinance <br /> regarding watershed standards and home occupations and <br /> Section VI of the Subdivision Regulations regarding <br /> watershed standards . <br /> l'he Planning Board recommends that the existing <br /> definitions of "farm" and "farming" be retained in the <br /> Zoning Ordinance and that the County Attorney be <br /> requested to investigate the possibilities of obtaining <br /> , • <br /> express statutory authority to define farming . <br />
