The grantee shall promulgate Articles of Incorporation <br /> governing tenancy in the development and shall record a copy <br /> of the Articles of Incorporation and regulations <br /> promulgated under this condition in the Orange County Registry <br /> of Deeds. <br /> S. Dedicate a SO—foot right—of—way and construct Sweeten Creek <br /> Road to Town standards for a Class A Local. street (33—foot <br /> cross section with curb and gutter and a sidewalk) . Plans for <br /> this street shall be approved by the Town Manager and/or <br /> County Manager prior to the issuance of the Special Use <br /> Permit. <br /> 7. Provide temporary turn—arounds to Town standards at all stub— <br /> out streets, and provide a sign at the end of the streets <br /> stating "This street is subject to future extension". <br /> S. Widen the proposed stub—out street that extends westward from <br /> the northern part of Sweeten Creek Road to Town standards for <br /> Class A Local street (SO—foot right—of—way, 33 foot cross <br /> section with curb and gutter and a sidewalk) and provide a <br /> stub—out street aligned with it from Sweeten Creek Road to the <br /> eastern property line at the Carroll property to the east of <br /> 1 <br /> Elt, <br />
