• <br /> The Board of Commissioners for the County of Orange, <br /> North Carolina, met in regular session in the Commissioners' <br /> ---- --heating Room at 106 Margaret Lane in Hillsborough, North <br /> Carolina, the regular place of meeting, at 7:30 P.M. on November <br /> 4., 1985. <br /> Present: Chairman Donald L. Willhoit, presiding, and <br /> Commissioners Shirley Marshall, Moses Carey, Ben. Lloyd and <br /> Norman Walker <br /> Absent: <br /> • <br /> The Chairman announced that this was the hour and day <br /> fixed by the Board of Commissioners for the public hearing upon <br /> the order entitled: "ORDER AUTHORIZING $200,000 SANITARY 'SEWER <br /> BONDS" and that the Board of Commissioners would immediately hear <br /> anyone who might wish to be heard on the question of the validity <br /> of said order or the advisability of issuing said bonds. <br /> No one appeared, either in person or by attorney, to be <br /> heard on the question of the validity of said order or the ad- <br /> visability of issuing said bonds and the and Clerk to the Board . <br /> of Commissioners announced that no written statement relating to <br /> said question had been received. <br /> • <br /> BROWN W000 IVEY MITCHELL&PETTY.ONE WORLD TRACE CENTER.NEW YORK KY.N.Y.10048 • <br />
