The property is referenced <br /> as Tax Map 44A, Lots 3 — 26 and Tax Map 42, Block C part <br /> of lot 1 , Hillsborough Township . The present zoning <br /> classification is (Residential-1 ) . The applicant is <br /> requesting the entire 64.71 acres to be rezoned ' <br /> • (Residential-3) R-3. <br /> The property is Located in an area designated as Ten <br /> Year Transition in the Orange County Land Use Plan. <br /> Approval of the request would allow a density of 15,000 <br /> square feet per dwelling unit on the 64.71 acres. Soils <br /> in the area are Georgeville, Tatum and Enon .
