The proposed schedule is <br /> outlined on the attached memorandum from the <br /> Orange County Planning Board Chair. In summary, <br /> the schedule is as follows: <br /> October 24 — Completion of Digests of Joint <br /> Planning Area background <br /> information. <br /> November 13 —Public Information Meeting <br /> in Chapel Hill (Culbreth Junior High <br /> School) <br /> December 3 — Joint Orange County—Chapel <br /> Hill Planning Board Work Session <br /> (Date of proposed special Public <br /> Hearing concerning development <br /> request in Joint Planning Area) <br /> December 10— Joint Board of Commissioners — <br /> Planning Board Work Session <br /> (Planning Department Work Priorities <br /> and Joint Planning Work Program) <br />
