184 <br /> LACY BURGH ESTATES SUBDIVISION: PHASE TWO PAGE 2 <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Orange County PLanning Board recommends approval of <br /> the Preliminary Plan with the following conditions: <br /> 1 ) That Link Road be improved as a public road to the North <br /> Carolina Department of Transportation 's standards from its <br /> intersection with SeawelL School. Road to the eastern <br /> boundary of the subdivision , with a temporary T—turnaround <br /> at its eastern end . Plans for the Link Road improvements <br /> shall be approved by the Department of Transportation . <br /> (This condition complies with the provisions of the Orange <br /> County Subdivison Regulations currently in effect.) <br /> 2) That a public water Line be extended from the existing <br /> line in Seawall School Road to serve the subdivision lots. <br /> Plans for the extension shall be approved by OWASA prior <br /> to final plat approval . <br /> 3) That utility easements be dedicated within the subdivision <br /> as necessary to allow the future provision of public sewer <br /> service to the subdivision and ajacent properties. <br /> Easement documents shall be approved by OWASA prior to <br /> I final plat approval . <br /> On September 9, 1985 the Town Council of Chapel Hill. adopted a <br /> resolution recommending approval of the plan subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> A1 That Link Road be improved as a public street to Town of <br /> Chapel. Hill's Class C Local Street standards from its <br /> intersection with Seawall School Road to the eastern <br /> boundary of the subdivision , with a temporary T—turnaround <br /> at its eastern end. Plans for the Link Road improvements <br /> shall be approved by the Chapel Hill Town Manager. <br /> B) That a public water Line be extended from the existing <br /> line in Seawall.
