State approval of the sewer plans <br /> was given on 12-11-84. <br /> Shanktin noted that Loop Road is not a proper road <br /> • name as Loop and road are both suffixes . <br /> Jacobs inquired about the adjoining land use. <br /> Smith responded it was the proposed Northern <br /> Fairview Park. She did not know when <br /> construction on the park was to begin . <br /> Pearson inquired about phasing and noted that <br /> there were 6 tots in Phase I that cannot be used. <br /> Smith responded that staff position was that these <br /> corner lots would have restricted access to the <br /> cut—de—sacs which would remain unpaved until a <br /> later phase. <br /> • <br />
