The board agreed with the conditions of <br /> .; approval stated by the Orange County planning department staff, and added' <br /> the following conditions: <br /> 1. Illustrate lot layout which meets the town's zoning reugirements. <br /> 2. Indicate the right-of-way along Dixie Ave.' <br /> 3. Show the dimension for the temporary cul-de-sac off Lower Loop Rd. <br /> Board members agreed that there must be an official letter from tbe. <br /> town indicating that water and sewer are available' to the site. , The board <br /> also questioned whether there was actually enough water pressure to serve <br /> s the site, even with the proposed water tower. <br /> If possible,,members are interested in receiving any traffic information <br /> provided by NCDOT, as well as NCDOT comments about the project when this <br /> is provided• to County planning staff. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Laura Hill <br /> Planner <br /> 1 <br />
