It is known as part of Lot 17 <br /> Block A Tax Map 5 in Hillsborough . <br /> There are 30 lots proposed out of approximately <br /> 12.4 acres. Lots .10-26 and 30-39 have 15,000 <br /> square foot minimum Lot sizes. Lots 27-29 are <br /> Located within the Town of Hillsborough 's planning <br /> jurisdiction.
