Smith responded that due to vacation, <br /> NC DDT representatives had not received the request <br /> until a few days ago . Based on NCDOT's comments the <br /> applicant had revised the plan . NCDOT had not had <br /> time to prepare a written response but an oral <br /> response was received. Smith advised that the Board <br /> not table this item but that they recognize NCDOT must <br /> approve road plans before Final approval may be <br /> granted. Gordon continued stating that a condition <br /> should be added stating that written comment from NC <br /> DOT must be received before this application is <br /> forwarded to the Board of Commissioners . <br /> Best referred to Greg Shepherd's comments about R--O—W <br /> access to adjoining Lots.
