The revision was necessary to make the Model <br /> Ordinance consistent with changes made in the Sedimentation Pollution <br /> ' <br /> t Control Act and its Regulations. The Commission further moved to <br /> require all local governments administering such ordinances to revise- <br /> , <br /> , fh-77Mr .minance docugg„tnpA te ref ect said amendments within 180 calendar <br /> da---yi= <br /> , . <br /> A copy of the revised Model Ordinancc. is included which contains <br /> the subject changes. The changes themselves have been underlined and <br /> are noted by an asterisk in the page margin opposite the revision. <br /> ' .
