Collins noted that this recommedation had been <br /> Left out of the Town Council's resolution . The Town <br /> • Council felt, however that condition #9 addressed this. <br /> Jacobs expressed concern with payment—in—Lieu of actual - <br /> provision for open space as outlined in condition #16 . <br /> Smith responded that the recreational requirements of <br /> • Orange County had been met . He continued, expressing <br /> concern with power easements in recreation area . <br /> - <br /> MOTION : Jacobs moved to modify condition #16 to delete the <br /> payment—in—lieu provision for the Orange County portion <br /> and to move the recreation area outside of the Duke <br /> Power easement.
