The COUNTY agrees to mitigate its damages, should <br /> any damages arise in the course of this Agreement, to <br /> every extent possible, and to take such reasonable <br /> measures to prevent injury or damages within its <br /> jurisdiction as a reasonable prudent individual or entity <br /> would take. <br /> • 8 WAIVER, MODIFICATI N AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. <br /> No waiver, modification or cancellation of any term <br /> or condition of this Agreement shall be effective unless <br /> made in writing.
