Cash payments of the agreed upon total cost will <br /> be made by the C UNTY to the CONTRACTOR based an the <br /> satisfactory comp etion of the various Phases of the <br /> project work accor ing to the described Phase break—out of <br /> the total costs in Section 1 of this Agreement. <br /> B. CONTRACTOR may secure payment for a percentage or <br /> the full amount o monies allocated to a Phase of work <br /> (see "A" above) byisubmitting to the COUNTY the following: <br /> 1. All deliverable items representing that percentage <br /> or the full amount of work for which CONTRACTOR <br /> is claiming payment. <br /> I <br /> 2. A progressireport describing the work completed, <br /> as well as how the percentage, if not the entire <br /> project, was calculated. <br /> 3. A dated invoice showing the amount of the claimed <br /> payment with a brief description of the work done <br /> for each separate amount being claimed. <br /> i <br /> 1 <br /> 4.
