Force Majeure: The CONTRACTOR shall have the <br /> 1 <br /> right to a reasonable delay in meeting the applicable <br /> completion date due to factors beyond its control, <br /> including but not imited to: <br /> 1. Inclement weather during the flying portion of <br /> the project work. <br /> 2. Fire, flood, or other acts of God. <br /> 3. Acts of government agencies, not precipitated <br /> by CONTRACTOR'S conduct, which hinder or <br /> prevent CONTRACTOR'S prosecution of the project <br /> work. <br /> 4. Other general emergency conditions. <br /> D.
